More Voices, More Representation on International Women’s Day was originally created by Vu Consulting, an Australian-based boutique PR and communications team of senior experts driven by impact.

The team is passionate about sharing stories that help progress our society and communities, highlighting innovations that would otherwise be overlooked, and giving a voice to the voiceless. The agency aims to spend 50% of its time working with grassroots NFPs, charities and social enterprises on pro bono projects. The remaining time is spent working with corporates that are driving change and innovation.

What started as a disruptive idea in 2023 has turned into a respected, wide-reaching annual campaign. The overwhelming feedback from womxn with intersecting identities exposed to the campaign is that the content deeply resonated with them and helped them feel seen.

We have received hundreds of downloads of our Resource Centre and e-book, as well as dozens of inbound inquiries for those seeking to be involved.

Our goal remains the same, as there is still so much work to be done: we want to help create an International Women’s Day that has greater intersectional representation.
